Start your morning off with a sweat and music! Learn to use bodyweight and various levels of free weights to build your muscular strength. Each class is 60 minutes and includes upper body, lower body and core.
This 60 minute class combines traditional step aerobics, sculpting with free weights and abs. This class will get your lungs burning! Meant for all levels of fitness. Remember to bring your water and be workout ready!

A great way to build cardio endurance while torching calories and having fun! All levels welcome. This is a 45 minute class, control the intensity and go at your own pace. Online registration recommended to reserve your bike. Any new participant is urged to come 10 minutes early so the instructor can help you adjust your bike for the optimal ride.
