Online registration recommended to reserve your bike. Any new participant is urged to come 10 minutes early so the instructor can help you adjust your bike for the optimal ride.

Nordic Walking is a great way to add some gentle cardio to your fitness routine. This technique uses two poles for walking and activates upper body and core muscles in addition to the lower body. With proper technique, Nordic Walking can burn up to 46% more calories than walking alone. It is a safe, low impact exercise that nearly everyone can learn. Anna is a certified instructor and has helped many people learn this fun and effective technique.
