    November 4, 2020, 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM @ Your remote workspace

Your company is heading in a certain direction. Maybe you are growing, maybe you are stagnant, maybe you have taken a hit due to the current environment. Are you heading in that direction by design or by default? Some companies lack a strategic vision and plan to get there and some leadership teams are not aligned. Some have a plan and good ideas but fail to implement. Others have good intentions to implement, but their culture is lacking drive, motivation, and a growth mindset. In this session we will be introducing a set of tools and processes to help business leaders, CEOs, and executives avoid these challenges. Furthermore, we will be discussing ways for leaders to take control of their business, build a culture that people want to be a part of that generates results, and align their team behind a compelling vision. According to a study, only 2% of business leaders are confident they will hit their strategic objectives. Come to this session if you want to be in that 2%!
