On today's date officers of the Frederick Police Department arrested two subjects for possession with intent to distribute heroin
On Thursday August 2, 2012 at approximately 1900 hours officers of the Frederick Police Department responded to the 1200 block of Littlebrook Drive in an effort to locate a wanted subject. Officers had received an anonymous tip that a wanted subject, later identified as Ralph Forrest Snyder III, was hiding in an apartment there. Upon arrival officers noticed the subject through a front window. Upon seeing the officers Snyder ran toward the back of the apartment. Officers were let in by the lessee. Snyder was found in a back room hiding. Officers noticed some suspected heroin nearby Snyder where he was found. Permission was obtained from the lessee to search the rest of the apartment.
