The City of Frederick is excited to announce the launch of its new easy-to-use bill pay service for residents.
This new service, Invoice Cloud, creates increased efficiencies and better customer service to residents by allowing them to pay how, when and where you want.
Residents have the ability to make a one-time payment with no login requirements. However, by enrolling at frederickmd.gov/utilitybills, residents unlock features such as added features like autopay, emails, text reminders and bill access. There, residents can enroll and opt-in to the preferred payment billing and payment method by selecting from options including paperless billing, pay-by-text, pay online or pay-by-phone.
Previous autopay customers must enroll in the autopay feature for the new bill pay service product if they would like to continue with autopay. More information on water and utility billing services can be found at https://cityoffrederickmd.gov/198/Utility-Billing.
