Each organization is responsible for submitting current certificate of insurance each season prior to using any City athletic field/court. Field requests were granted on the condition that each organization has ensured valid certificate of insurance was received at Parks & Recreation office. City requirements are: certificate of insurance in the amount of one million dollars, two million dollars aggregate, naming The City of Frederick/101 N Court St/Frederick/MD/21701 as additionally insured.
