2023 Spring Athletic Fields/Courts/Rinks Online Application February 1-15
Online application for 2023 Spring Athletic Fields/Courts/Rinks Season will be open February 1-15th. Registration will close on February 15th through the first week of March to allow reservations to be verified. After the applications received prior to deadline have been confirmed, online application will re-open. Please be sure to include a valid certificate of insurance with your application. If your insurance expires prior to the end of the season, please include the current insurance certificate and a letter of good faith/intent from your insurance broker. IMPORTANT: APPLICATIONS WITHOUT VALID CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE INFORMATION WILL NOT BE PROCESSED, EVEN IF SUBMITTED PRIOR TO THE APPLICATION DEADLINE. If you do not apply for your "historic use" fields/dates/times prior to the February 15th deadline, historic use priority reservations may be lost. Applications now require 20% deposit payable by Visa or MC. All outstanding balances must be settled prior to February 1st.

There are written instructions, as well as a video with information regarding how to make a pattern reservation. Please be sure you carefully review the instructions so that you do not unintentionally reserve ongoing time (ex: from March 1 at 5:00 pm to July 30th at 8 pm). If you make an error, you must delete the reservation and input again with correct information. If you register for field time, be sure to delete 7 days in advance if you will not be using it.
