Mayor O'Connor to call for closed session

Mayor Michael O’Connor has requested a Closed Session on Thursday, November 3, 2022 at 5:30 p.m.  Mayor O’Connor will request a vote of the Aldermen to convene in Closed Session at City Hall.  

            

This action is in accordance with the authority granted under the Annotated Code of Maryland, General Provisions Article §3-305(b)(1)(i) to discuss the appointment, employment, assignment, promotion, discipline, demotion, compensation, removal, resignation, or performance evaluation of an appointee, employee, or official over whom it has jurisdiction. The topics to be discussed are appointment of personnel and final determination regarding personnel board recommendation. 

 

Mayor O’Connor will entertain a motion to this effect and will comply fully with the Open Meetings Act.
