The Frederick Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating an adult male reported missing
On October 12, 2022, the Frederick Police Department was told of an abandoned motorcycle near the Monocacy River boat ramp, located in the 1800 block of Monocacy Boulevard, in Frederick City.
Through the initial investigation, it was determined the motorcycle was registered to Mark Andrew Lono Casiple and had been parked at the above location since approximately September 19, 2022. Family members of Lono have confirmed he is not from Frederick, and they have not spoken with him for several weeks. At this time, there is no evidence or information to believe foul play is involved.
Casiple is described as the following:
- White male
- 32 years old
- 5’10” in height
- 170 pounds
- Brown hair
- Brown eyes
