What If, Frederick?

What If Frederick

The City of Frederick is inviting residents to ask, “What if?”

Join the story of shaping our bright future by bringing your ideas to a community gathering on November 15, 2022 at New Spire Arts Stages from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Waverley Elementary School from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Connect directly with government leaders, collaborate on future projects and policies, and help cast the vision for a prosperous Frederick during this interactive session.

Every idea matters, so whether you’re “What If” has to do with parks, sustainability, development, safety, or something else entirely, we want to hear from you.

If you are unable to join the event in person, but still have ideas you think can shape the future of our City, we have created six short surveys based on the City's goals set in the strategic plan CommUNITY 2030. Select the goal that resonates with you the most and fill out our survey to share your ideas!

Goal 1: Sustainable Urban Planning

Goal 2: Social Well-being

Goal 3: Safe and Vibrant Community

Goal 4: Competitive Employment

Goal 5: Enhanced Mobility

Goal 6: Civic Engagement
