The City of Frederick invites organizations and individuals to participate in legislative work sessions in 2023 in our collaborative efforts to improve City government service delivery.
Board of Aldermen legislative work sessions are permitted by the City Charter and began in 2022 with 2 p.m. meetings on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month.
Groups/individuals are invited to provide presentations regarding legislative priorities, a desired policy change, and/or aspirational goal.
These work sessions are meant to increase the efficiency of service delivery, transparency, and interdepartmental collaboration as the City seeks to build the most diverse, equitable and resilient City government possible.
