Update: The traffic signals along the West Patrick Street corridor have been completed, and the signals are back up and running.
The City of Frederick is experiencing several traffic signal outages along the West Patrick Street corridor.
All signals along West Patrick Street from College Avenue and Degrange Street to the exit for U.S. 15 are out. Crews are working to repair each of the signals. There is currently no timeline determined for when the signals will be operable. Until repairs are complete, residents should treat each inoperable signal as a four-way stop.
Officers from the Frederick Police Department are monitoring traffic flow on the West Patrick Street corridor and will direct traffic if that becomes necessary to improve traffic conditions.
The City will continue to provide updates as repairs are made and completed.
