On 07/06/2012, OFC. Deborah Trapp and Cpl. Charles Snyder of the Frederick Police Department were on foot patrol in the area of the E. Third St.
On 07/06/2012, OFC. Deborah Trapp and Cpl. Charles Snyder of the Frederick Police Department were on foot patrol in the area of the E. Third St. While on patrol, CPL. Charles Snyder noticed an individual in the park with a beverage in a brown paper bag. He conducting a field inquiry and identified the individual as Steven Ray Stone. CPL. Charles Snyder noticed the bag contained an alcoholic beverage. While speaking with Mr. Stone he admitted possessing the alcoholic beverage. After being placed under arrest it was determined that Stone was also in possession of a pint of Fleishmans Vodka. Frederick municipal ordinance prohibits the possession or consumption of intoxicating beverages while in city parks. Stone was arrested and transported to central booking for processing without incident.
