To Date, all 2022 Spring Field Reservation Schedules are Complete. Your schedule can be viewed by accessing your account. This does not include horse shoe pits, tennis courts, or basketball courts -- those are still in process. If you believe you have 51% City residents on your roster, and you registered with a NonCity address, please submit your roster to firstname.lastname@example.org with last names and complete mailing addresses. These will be manually checked for residency, and if you qualify for City rates, you will be notified and your invoice adjusted accordingly. The field closure notification list is available for any/all interested parties. Field closures are posted by 8 am Saturday and Sunday, and by 2 pm Monday - Friday. League representatives only, are to sign up for the notify me sport field user general correspondence list in addition to the field closure list. Additions and deletions to your schedule may be done by accessing your account, for dates at least 7 days in advance. A list of field closures is kept, and those dates will be removed from your invoice by staff at the end of the season. In the unusual event that you need to add or delete dates less than 7 days prior, email both email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible to coordinate and determine if we can accommodate the request. In the event that a field/s become unplayable or unsafe for use AFTER the deadline for announcing field closures, applicant/s are to immediately email email@example.com so that date can be removed from your invoice. If you do not email at the time of unplayable fields, and wait until the end of the season, it will remain on your invoice and payment expected.
