FPD attempting to locate male from Stratford Way incident

At approximately noon Monday, July 19, FPD received reports of a male experiencing a mental health crisis with access to weapons. The Frederick Police Department responded to his residence in the 800 Block of Stratford Way, where detectives confirmed he was not in the residence. 

Out of concern for his welfare, Frederick Police Department is working to locate the male, identified as 34-year-old Dominic Lull. 

Anyone with information on Mr. Lull should contact FPD on the non-emergency line 301-600-2102. Officers will remain on scene near the residence.
