Please, read all posted information and submit a complete application online with all requested relevant attachments in one application packet per organization (including all age groups, divisions).  Please please read through the form to ensure you have completed all fields and attached all necessary documents before you submit.

Field / Court assignments are per 2019 historic usage.

Relinquishments must be submitted 3 business days prior to reservation date/time in order to be removed from your invoice.

If the field/court becomes unplayable for safety reasons, AFTER the deadline for field closure notifications from the City, you must email sstamper@cityoffrederickmd.gov the same day or next morning in order to have it removed from your invoice.

Be sure you are signed up online for the Sports Field Closure notifications.  You must do yourself online, I do not have access.  www.cityoffrederickmd.gov

Schedules and permits should be issued end of March.

Until permits are issued, please be considerate should you find another league on the field/court during the time you requested.  Assignments will be based on 2019 assignments.

When emailing me at sstamper@cityoffrederickmd.gov, it is important that you reference the field, times, organization, phone and your email on Each and Every correspondence.

Be sure that you remit payment for each season before registering for the next.

Thank you for your business.  Hoping the weather and Covid cooperate so we all have good seasons.
