[ARCHIVED] 2021 City Sports Fields/Courts Registration Now Open

Please read ALL information in its entirety prior to submitting registration packets.

Registration for 2021 Spring Fields & Courts use is now open.  Please complete online application in its entirety and submit along with ALL relevant documents.  Organizations/leagues should organize among themselves and submit one consolidated application and attach all relevant documents which includes all divisions and age groups.  One database reservation/invoicing record is made per organization.  PLEASE take the time to ensure submittal of a complete packet and attachments.  Fields will be assigned by historic usage based on 2019 Spring.  The best way to expedite the process is to submit a complete registration packet with ALL necessary documents.   Also, please be sure to read all the information so you are aware of all the policies and regulations.  In the absence of rosters, invoices will be created using NonCity rates.  If you wish to relinquish a field and not be invoiced, you must email sstamper@cityoffrederickmd.gov in advance.  If the field/court is not closed but becomes unplayable due to inclement weather by your reservation time, email me the same day or next morning in order for it to be removed from invoices.  If your organization utilizes a shed or concession stand (for any use/reason), the application packet must have the draft agreements attached.  Do not complete the top line of the agreements  with the date, that will be completed by Mayor's office when signed.

Currently, the total maximum is 25 per half field for full sized multipurpose fields.  Baseball/softball fields is 25 max per field.  Courts is 25 max per court.  The total maximum includes players, coaches, parents and spectators.  The City will monitor Covid stats and will revise if necessary.  Note that restrooms may not be available.
