Wingfield was charged with the following:
1 Count Assault - Second Degree
24 Counts Malicious Destruction of Property Less Than $1,000
1 Count Malicious Destruction of Property Scheme Greater Than $1,000.
Wingfield was released after appearing before The District Court Commissioner.

The Frederick Police Department is seeking public assistance in identifying witnesses related to multiple destruction of property cases in the downtown Frederick area.
Officers have taken multiple reports of damage to parked vehicles, in the area of downtown Frederick, caused by paintball projectiles. The incidents occurred during overnight on 12/26/2020 through the early morning hours of 12/27/2020.
The Frederick Police Department is asking that anyone who may have witnessed or have further suspect information about these incidents to please contact Det.
