Frederick Police Seek Assistance in Locating a Missing Woman
FREDERICK, MD – On November 18, 2020, the Frederick Police Department (FPD) opened a missing person investigation in reference to Deborah Emelio Grabenstein, a 61 year-old female. Grabenstein was last seen on March 25, 2020, in Frederick. Grabenstein operates a black Toyota Sequioa, with a VA registration #UTA4746. Grabenstein is a Caucasian female, 5’6”, large build, with shoulder length grey hair.
