FREDERICK, MD – On October 15, 2020, the Frederick Police Department (FPD) began investigating a missing person case in reference to Charlie Alexander Burgos, a 16 year-old male. The reporting person had last seen him in the 1400 block of Hunting Horn Lane in Frederick at about 1:20 p.m. today (October 15). Please see the attached photo.
