FREDERICK, MD – On September 27, 2020, the Frederick Police Department (FPD) opened a missing person investigation in reference to Charles Robert “Bud” Gray, a 40 year-old male. Family members last had contact with him on or about August 19. At that time, he may have been in the area of the 300 block of South Jefferson Street in Frederick. Mr. Gray wears glasses and is approximately 5 feet, 11 inches tall and about 150-160 pounds. He has blue eyes and brown hair. Please see the attached photo.
