UPDATE: Missing Frederick Woman Located, Unharmed
Mrs. McClary-Jones has been located unharmed, and the Silver Alert has been canceled. The Frederick Police Department would like to thank our partner agencies in the region that assisted, as well as media outlets that helped amplify the information.

Frederick Police Seek Help Locating Missing, Elderrly Woman
FREDERICK, MD – On September 8, 2020, the Frederick Police Department (FPD) received a missing person report in reference to Rose Elizabeth McClary-Jones, an 84 year-old female. Mrs. McClary-Jones was last seen in the first block of Thomas Johnson Drive in Frederick at about 2 p.m. today (September 8). Mrs. McClary-Jones is a black female, about 5 feet, 3 inches tall and about 125 pounds. (Please see the attached photo for her appearance.) She is likely operating a gray, 2007 Saturn four-door sedan. At the time of this release, she may be in the area of I-495 in Montgomery County, Maryland. FPD is working with Montgomery County Police Department to have areas checked in that jurisdiction.
The FPD is asking anyone with information about Mrs. McClary-Jones’ whereabouts to contact us 24/7 at 301-600-2102.
