Frederick Police Seek Public's Assistance in Identifying Bank Robbery Suspect
FREDERICK, MD - On Thursday, October 31, 2019, at approximately 4:39 pm officers from the Frederick Police Department responded to the M&T Bank located at 929 West 7th Street for a report of a robbery. Upon arrival, they were informed by witnesses that the suspect entered the bank and spoke to the teller. After a short time, the male left the bank with an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency. The suspect appeared to have arrived and left on foot.
The suspect is described as a male, approximately 6'1 wearing a blue & white checkered shirt with a blue hooded sweatshirt underneath and dark-colored pants. We are not releasing the race of the suspect due to the possible use of costume hand coverings in addition to the Halloween mask.
The Frederick Police Department is asking anyone who has any information or may recognize the person in the photos to please contact us. You can remain anonymous.
