FREDERICK POLICE MAKE ARRESTS FOR THEFT OF MOTOR VEHICLE
FREDERICK, MD - On Saturday, September 21, 2019, at approximately 9:40 am, Officers responded to a residence in the city for a report of a stolen vehicle. The owner had video footage of suspects leaving her property in the vehicle.
On Sunday, September 22, at approximately 1:37 am, Frederick Police received a call that four people were trying to gain entry into parked vehicles in the area of Fairfield Drive. The caller gave a description of the vehicle the suspects were driving, which matched the stolen vehicle listed above. Officers located the stolen vehicle unoccupied in the area of Harpers Way. Shortly after, four people got into the vehicle and attempted to drive away, striking an FPD departmental vehicle. Two of the occupants got out and ran, and two others stayed in the vehicle. Officers apprehended one of the suspects who ran in the area of Harpers Court. Thank you to Maryland State Police, Trooper 3 who was in the area providing support. We are still looking to identify the fourth suspect in this case.

- Charges: Theft Motor Vehicle, Theft $1,500 - $25,000, and Assault 2nd degree
Damion Wulah, age 19 of Frederick, Maryland
- Charges: Theft Motor Vehicle, Theft $1,500 - $25,000, and Assault 2nd degree
