Hello. Please read ALL of the below information.
I believe I have identified all field conflicts, and contacted the affected leagues via email. Please note I have NOT finished reviewing/scheduling Loats or McCurdy past April as there are outstanding league schedules.
Designated League representatives are responsible for ensuring submittal of the certificate of insurance which was supposed to be in the initial application packet, League representatives please check amongst yourselves and review your submitted paperwork, and/or check with your insurance agent to ensure you have submitted a certificate of insurance valid through the Spring season,and that meets the following City requirements: Insurance. All established organizations require a Certificate of Insurance naming ‘The City of Frederick Parks & Recreation Department’ as the holder and additional insured with a minimum $1 million single and $2 million aggregate liability. Please do not utilize a City field, until after you have submitted the required certificate of insurance.
Each year, the Spring field season officially begins March 1st. Therefore, if the field/s have NOT been closed, and you have not been contacted to clear a conflict, AND you have submitted your certificate of insurance, then you may utilize the requested field/s for your requested timeslot.
I have begun entering the schedules into the reservation database, and will be sending each leagues schedule to the designated representative to review/confirm.
