The PAL Center, located at 111 Pennsylvania Avenue, is a place where youth can go to play sports, get homework assistance, use computers, and interact with FPD officers. The officers mentor the youth through all aspects of their lives, creating special bonds that will last a lifetime. The Frederick PAL program has been in existence since 1999.
