Frederick Police Investigate Fatal Shooting
FREDERICK,
MD – On 04/15/18 at approximately 0055 hours, FPD officers responded to the 400Blk
of West South Street for a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, Officers located an adult male
suffering from several gunshot wounds.
Responding
Officers began life saving efforts prior to EMS arrival. EMS transported the victim to a local medical
facility where he was pronounced dead.
Witnesses
described the suspects as two black males in their 20s, dressed in black
clothing, who fled the area on foot.
The victim’s
identity is being withheld pending contact with his family.
