On 04/17/2012, the Frederick Police Department responded to a report of suspicious activity in the vicinity of N. Greenlease and Wheyfield Drive.

On 04/17/2012 at approximately 4:15 p.m., the Frederick Police Department responded to a report of suspicious activity in the vicinity of N. Greenlease and Wheyfield Drive. Officers were advised that a silver mid-sized passenger vehicle, operated by a white female with a white male passenger, drove past a juvenile. While doing so, the male passenger, further described as having red spiked hair, produced a camera and attempted to photograph the juvenile. The occupants of the vehicle did not speak to or attempt to contact the juvenile by any other means prior to leaving the area. Any person with information concerning this vehicle and/or occupants is asked to contact the Frederick Police Department at 301-600-2100.
