Frederick, MD.-On Thursday December 7th, 2017 at approximately 5:07 p.m., officers of the Frederick Police Department responded to the Roy Rodgers restaurant, located at 301 Ballenger Center Drive, for what was initially reported as a strong arm robbery that just occurred. Upon arrival, officers quickly located the victim and were informed three younger B/Ms stole property, without force, in relation to an arranged business transaction. Fortunately no one was injured and no weapons were used. After a canvass for the suspects was completed with negative results, the area was opened back up for normal pedestrian and vehicle operation.
Since this is an ongoing investigation, the names of the persons involved are not being released at this time.
