On 11/27/2017 at approximately 0832 hours, the Frederick Police Department received a report of a missing person. Detective McPeak was later assigned as the lead investigator for this incident.
The missing person is Yesenia Noemi Martinez Lopez., a 12-year-old Hispanic female. Yesenia Lopez was last seen on Sunday, 11/26/2017 at approximately 1540 hours in the 1200 block of Rutledge Place. At this time, the whereabouts of Yesenia Lopez is unknown but it is possible she is staying with unidentified friends in the Frederick area.
Yesenia Noemi Martinez Lopez is described as follows:
- Hispanic Female
- 12 years of age
- Brown hair (dyed blonde and red)
- Brown eyes
- Approximately 5’05” in height
- Approximately 180 pounds
