[ARCHIVED] Frederick Police Arrest Two for Heroin Distribution (DEU)

Frost

The Frederick Police Department’s Drug Enforcement Unit arrests two Frederick area men for the distribution of heroin and related drug charges…

In the month of September, Frederick Police’s Drug Enforcement Unit responded to an address in Frederick City in reference to a suspected drug overdose death. It was later determined by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner for the State of Maryland that the victim died from mixed drug (heroin, fentanyl) intoxication.

During the course of the investigation two subjects (Tracy Frost and Antonio Little) were identified who sold the heroin/fentanyl mixture which ultimately led to the victim’s death. Also during the investigation a controlled purchase of heroin was made between Frost and an undercover Frederick Police Officer. The deal was unknowingly set up by Little and it was identified that both subjects were working together to distribute controlled dangerous substances to Frederick City residents.

On 11/16/2017 Frost and Little were placed under arrest and transported to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center and are currently being held without bond.

The Frederick Police Department’s Drug Enforcement Unit is aggressively targeting drug dealers who knowingly sell Opioids including fentanyl to users. Fentanyl is 50 to 100 times more potent them morphine or heroin and has led to numerous deaths across the State.
