On 10/26/2017 at approximately 1838 hours, the Frederick Police Department received a report of a missing person. Detective Ames was later assigned as the lead investigator for this incident.
The missing person is Titus Lamont Diggs., a 15-year-old black male. Titus Diggs was last seen on Wednesday, 10/25/2017 at approximately 1630 hours in the area of 1000 Heather Ridge Drive. At this time, the whereabouts of Titus Diggs is unknown; however, he may be in the company of friends in the Frederick area.
Titus Lamont Diggs Jr., is described as follows:
- Black Male
- 15 years of age
- Black hair
- Brown eyes
- Approximately 5’04” in height
- Approximately 110 pounds
