The Frederick Police Department is seeking the assistance of the public locating a missing juvenile, Carolina Rodriguez. Carolina is 14 years old. She was last seen on Monday, 10/16, in the area of her residence in the 500 block of Sugarbush Circle in Frederick. Carolina is approximately 5’3 tall and 120 lbs. When she left for school Monday morning, she was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and red sneakers. If anyone can provide information that will help the police find Rodriguez is asked to contact Detective Loftis at 240-674-8941.
