The Frederick Police Department is seeking the assistance of the public locating a missing juvenile, Sincere Williams. Sincere is 17 years old. He was last seen on Friday, 8/11, in the area of his residence in the unit block of Horizon Drive in Frederick. If anyone can provide information that will help the police find Sincere is asked to contact Detective Irons at 240-674-8942.
