Frederick Police are asking for the public's assistance locating a missing male. Phillip Justin Roberson (DOB 10/18/1986) was last seen on August 14, 2017 at approximately 4 p.m. in the 1400 blk of N. East St. Frederick, MD. Roberson was last seen wearing a white tee shirt, shorts and blue shoes.
