Frederick Police Department Detectives Charge 3 Juveniles in Harry Grove Stadium Burglary
On 5/15/2017, Officers from the Frederick Police Department were dispatched to NYMEO Field at Harry Grove Stadium for a group of adolescent males who made entry into the stadium and damaged property once inside Harry Grove Stadium.
The suspects also deprived the business of numerous concession items over a two day time frame.
The incident was later assigned to Detective Forrest for further investigation. The three male juvenile suspects were captured on video surveillance and the still images distributed to the public for assistance with identification. Numerous tips were received in regards to the identification of the suspects. Through the course of the investigation with the assistance of the public, the three juvenile suspects were identified.
Detective Forrest charged all three juveniles and the incident forwarded to Department Juvenile Services. The charges include, 2nd Degree Burglary, Malicious Destruction of Property and Theft.
The Frederick Police Department would like to thank the public for their assistance in identifying the three juvenile suspects involved in the Burglary. The names and photos will not be distributed due to the suspects juvenile status.
