[ARCHIVED] FPD Detectives charge 5 in Home Invasion

FREDERICK, MD – On 5/14/2017 at approximately 2136 hours Officers from the Frederick Police Department were dispatched to the 100BLK of Pennsylvania Ave. for a report of a Home Invasion.   Upon arriving to the area, Patrol Officers made contact with several victim’s most of which were juveniles. 

 

The victim’s stated that approximately 6 males entered the residence and displayed several handguns.  The suspects then took various items from the victim’s and left on foot. 

 

Through this investigation, Officers were able to obtain a location of the stolen property.  The property was located inside a residence on Ambleside Drive.  Furthermore, the investigation lead to the full identification of 5 suspects with 2 more left to me identified at this time.  During this investigation 2 Search and Seizure Warrants were served.  One on Ambleside Drive and one on Military Road.  Both of these search warrants led to the recovery of evidence. 

 

All 5 individuals that were taken into custody on Monday evening were taken to FPD HQ for questioning.  After being interviewed, all but one juvenile were taken to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center and charged as adults.  The juvenile was transported to a juvenile facility in the area.  They are charged with the following;

Brian Peacock (DOB 10/07/1994 2100 Blk Ambleside Dr)
