Frederick, MD.-On 04/26/2017 at approximately 6:15pm, officers of the Frederick Police Department responded to the area of Waverly Drive and Key Parkway for a possibly discharge of firearm call. Upon arrival, officers located several casings in the roadway. Fortunately, no one was hurt and no property was damaged. The area was shut down, for approximately one hour, to vehicular and pedestrian traffic while a complete canvassed was done. As of this writing, the area has been opened back up for normal traffic operation.
