On 3/8/2017 at approximately 9:14 am Officers with the Frederick Police Department responded to the area of 600 BLK Hedgerow Ct. for a burglary in progress.
Upon arrival Officers located witnesses who provided details of a male who entered their home and refused to leave.
The male suspect was located a short distance away and apprehended. He is identified as Blisspaul Whadjah (DOB 11/25/82) of Hedgerow Ct. Whadjah initially resisted handcuffing by officers resulting in one officer sustaining minor injury to his finger.
Whadjah was transported to Central Booking for processing.
