On 01/26/2017 Chelsey Hill was located and in good health. The Frederick Police Department would like to thank the public for their assistance in locating Chelsey Hill.
On 01/24/2017 at approximately 2000 hours the Frederick Police Department received a report of a missing person. Detective McKinney was later assigned as the lead investigator for this incident.
The missing person is Chelsey Nicole Hill, a 19 year old white female. Family was last in contact with Hill on 01/24/2017 at 1330 hours at her residence in the 300 block of Madison Street. At this time the whereabouts of Chelsey Hill is unknown.
Chelsey Nicole Hill is described as follows:
- White Female
- Blue Eyes/ Brown/Blonde Hair
- Approximately 5’09” in height
- 120 lbs.
- Blue Jeans/ Black Jacket
