The Frederick Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in locating a missing juvenile, Alondra Melendez. She was last seen leaving Frederick Memorial Hospital on foot at approximately 4:40 pm on Monday, November 28th. Alondra is 15 years of age, 5 feet 7 inches tall and approximately 120 pounds. She has brown curly hair and brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt, black sweatpants, and Converse tennis shoes. Alondra resides in the 1700 Block of Northridge Lane in Frederick. Photo attached below.
