On 04/23/2016 at approximately 8:38 PM Frederick Police Officers responded to a report of a stabbing in the 500 Block of North East Street. Officers arrived and located the victim suffering from a stab wound to his upper torso. The victim was later flown to the Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore with non-life threatening injuries.
Detective Forrest was assigned as the lead investigator in this case. Through the subsequent investigation, Detective Forrest was able to identify the suspects in this case to be Kyle Noble of Frederick, MD and Michael Frazier of Frederick, MD. The investigation revealed the stabbing was in regards to an altercation which initially occurred on the prior evening.
On 04/28/2016 Detective Forrest applied for a statement of charges against Noble and Frazier related to the stabbing. A District Court Commissioner issued arrest warrants charging Noble and Frazier with the below listed offenses.
On 04/28/2016 at approximately 7:00 PM Officers with the Frederick Police Department located the suspects in the 100 block of South Jefferson Street and the 300 block of South Jefferson Street. Both suspects were taken into custody without incident. The suspects were transported to the Frederick Police Department, Criminal Investigation Division to be interviewed. The suspects were then taken without incident to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center for an initial appearance before a District Court Commissioner.
