On 04/15/2016 at approximately 0846 hours the Frederick Police Department received a report of a missing person. Detective Renninger was later assigned as the lead investigator for this incident.
The missing person is Kennedy Morgan Smith, a 16 year old black female. Smith was last seen on Friday, 04/15/2016 in the 8000 block of Revelation Avenue, Frederick, MD. At this time the whereabouts of Kennedy Smith is unknown.
Kennedy Morgan Smith is described as follows:
• Black Female
• 16 years of age
• Approximately 5’03” in height
• Approximately 103 pounds
• Brown Eyes/ Black hair
• Gray sweatshirt
• Gray sweatpants
