Frederick, MD.- On 03/25/2016 at approximately 5:33pm, OFC. Scott McGregor responded to the 400 Blk of West Patrick Street for a theft. Upon arrival, OFC. McGregor learned the victim had two bags of kitty litter stolen from a package on the front porch of the residence. OFC. McGregor was also able to obtain photos/video of the suspect /incident a few days later.
