FREDERICK, MD –- The Frederick Police Department along with the Frederick County Office for Children and Families, the Local Management Board (LMB) and the Neighborhood Advisory Councils (NAC’s), are pleased to announce the third annual Youth Resource Fair. This year’s fair will be held on Saturday, April 9th from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm at the Francis Scott Key Mall.
We are looking for organizations and program providers who have services for youth ages 5-21, that would like to participate in the fair. Registration is free and based upon first come first served. There are a limited number of spots available. We are looking for organizations and programs that provide services such as: after-school programs, child & family services, dropout prevention, educational programs, hotlines & crisis services, job assistance, mental health, mentoring programs, substance abuse treatment, volunteer opportunities, etc.
