Uniformed Frederick Police Officers arrested 2 Frederick residents for possession of suspected crack cocaine and related paraphernalia late Monday night.
On Monday, 2/15/16, at approximately 2211 hours, Officer First Class A.P. Gregware and Officer First Class K. L. Wolfe were on patrol in the area of 33 South Jefferson Street, when they observed 2 individuals behaving suspiciously in the area. Upon further investigation, Officer Gregware observed the two suspects smoking a controlled dangerous substance, suspected crack cocaine, inside the West End Laundromat. The officers apprehended the two suspects, identified as Curtis E. Johnson and Cassandra M. Willis, both of Frederick. Willis pushed Gregware and attempted to destroy evidence before being subdued.
