Frederick MD – January 27, 2016 The City of Frederick Parks and Recreation Department will operate under the following closings and cancellations due to the recent blizzard:
Thursday, January 28th
• The Wm. Talley Fitness and Recreation Center will be open regular hours. All classes, programs, leagues, meetings and rentals scheduled at the Wm. Talley Rec Center will be canceled.
• A decision regarding all satellite facilities, as well as all classes, programs and rentals scheduled at those sites will be made early afternoon on Thursday. That includes the Whittier ES Rec Center, TJ MS Rec Center, Lincoln ES Rec Center, and Trinity Rec Center.
