Frederick, MD.-On 01/04/2016 at approximately 1:29p.m., officers of the Frederick Police Department responded to the area of South East Street and East South Street for an assault in progress.
Frederick, MD.-On 01/04/2016 at approximately 1:29p.m., officers of the Frederick Police Department responded to the area of South East Street and East South Street for an assault in progress. Upon arrival, officers located a white male victim who had sustained facial and leg injuries. As officers began to investigate the incident, the white male advised he was assaulted by a group of males. Unfortunately the white male could not identify who they were.
After gathering all of the white male’s information, he was transported to Frederick Memorial Hospital for treatment. As of the writing of this release, the injuries sustained by the victim are not life threatening. Also, the name of the victim is not being released at this time.
