On 12/28/2015 at approximately 1412 hours the Frederick Police Department received a report of a missing person. Detective Forrest was later assigned as the lead investigator for this incident.
The missing person is Cody Allen Russ, a 16 year old black male. Russ was last seen on Monday, 12/28/2015 in the area of 500 Fleming Avenue (Baker Park) when he walked away from a school function. At this time the whereabouts of Cody Allen Russ is unknown.
Cody Allen Russ is described as follows:
• Black Male
• Brown Eyes/ Black Hair
• Approximately 130 lbs
• Approximately 5’04” in height
• Grey Sweatshirt
• Blue Jeans
• White Sneakers
• Wearing Black Rimmed Glasses
