Frederick, MD.-On 11/14/15 at approximately 2:23p.m., OFC. Sheena Yohe responded to the 400 Blk of Carrolton Drive for a burglary/theft report.
Frederick, MD.-On 11/14/15 at approximately 2:23p.m., OFC. Sheena Yohe responded to the 400 Blk of Carrolton Drive for a burglary/theft report. Once in contact with the victims, OFC. Yohe learned the incident occurred a few hours ago and various personal items were taken. After obtaining further information, OFC. Yohe checked several local pawn shops. OFC. Yohe was able to locate the stolen items and identify the suspects that pawned them. Shortly later the suspects, later identified as Starmeka Monique Kelly and Terrance Sherrod Corpening, were located near their residence and taken into custody. Both subjects were then transported to the Frederic k County Adult Detention Center’s Central Booking Unit for processing.
